The rapid industrial growth of the metropolitan area in the early 90s created the demand for turnkey HVAC solutions, including design and construction of air conditioning and mechanical systems for industrial facilities and commercial buildings. The president of our company, a graduate BSME and MSME from the University of Texas at El Paso, had the vision to establish a Design + Build company on the border city of Juarez. In answer to the new construction demands, he put his vision into action and founded Flutec Design and Build HVAC in 1990. Flutec has united a talented engineering group, an efficient construction team, and a reputable sheet metal manufacturing plant to realize the growing construction needs with quality and timeliness.
