Among Flutec's major strengths is our capacity to manufacture different types of components involved in HVAC systems. Some of these include Spiro round duct and control volume dampers, coming directly from our manufacturing facility that provides us the right tools and time response ability to design turn key solutions for our clients. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with state of the art technology, which has two complete assembly lines using two Spiro Helix machines and three CNC plasma cutters, all under one roof of 55,000+ sq. feet.

Our current installed duct manufacturing capacity is 4,000 lbs. in an eight-hour shift. In other words, to manufacture the ductwork necessary for a typical 50,000 sq. ft. facility, it would take Flutec no more than four working days.

Further illustrating on the quality built into our products; beginning in November 2000 we proudly manufacture the round air damper models ARDs, SPRDs, and MARDs for Honeywell Home Product Division.

Our latest and most novel innovation in Flutec's line of products is our fully integrated package central plant currently manufactured at our facility. Since 2002, United Metal Products Inc. from Phoenix, Arizona and Flutec began a joint venture with a new company (Air Matrix LP) to both create and market a packaged central plant (PCP) with the product brand name of Chil-Pak. The Chil-Pak units indeed represent the pinnacle of Flutec's ingenuity in engineering design, which accumulates years of experience in the business of central plant design + build.
