Because of the design complexity built into some of our projects and products, since 1998 we decided to expand our customer service by supplying preventative maintenance and/or on-call maintenance and repair service to our clients. To meet this end, we have been putting together a group technicians capable of providing support and assistance to our customers' plant engineers in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and DDC controls. We offer on-site operation and preventive training courses and conduct prevention audit visits at our clients' facilities.

In January of 2008 Flutec joined the Linc System group. The Linc Service network, a leading name in HVAC manufacturing, is also a world wide community bringing together various locally based franchises. The Linc provides, among other assistance, preventive maintenance and service programs world wide through a network of contractors. Flutec's involvement in Linc's service network will hopefully serve as a vehicle to further its business offerings.
