Our systems solutions demand

in developing high-tech energy management controls; systems to
support the functional requirements of HVAC solutions. There
is no need to hire a separate controls subcontractor to design
and build your energy management system. Our background in systems
and computer science backs-up 100% of every HVAC system design
+ build we develop. Moreover, our service support is available
once the system has been deployed at our client's facilities.
As an examplar case of our energy managing capabilities, we have designed and built the energy management
controls system for Johnson and Johnson Ethicon Endo Plant in
Juarez, Mexico. This particular system was made using the
Carrier Control Network system (CCN). Utilizing a total of 37 programmable
controller models, C6400 and C1600, we were more than able to provide controls for
the entire 65,000 sq. ft. cleanroom with multiple air handling
units, make up air units with humidification, and dehumidification
systems integrated. Also, controls were installed to manage
the 1650 tons chilled water central plant with an open cooling
tower, primary and secondary chilled water circuits with an
economizer plate, and frame heat exchanger. The system also
included all office space HVAC controls using a VVT system.
