Looking back and it has been a rewarding experience in customer satisfaction considering that since 1991 Flutec has been designing and building HVAC systems for more than 13.2 million square feet
of industrial and commercial facilities complying with high
sets of standards and construction procedures. This also includes
building cleanrooms class 100 K, 10 K, and 1 K., for medical
and electronic manufacturing applications.
Fundamental to the realization of our work is the proper physical
installation of all necessary equipment. For this reason, over the years, Flutec has assembled a team of professionals and technicians to comply with
quality control standards. This ensures that the proper installations
and functioning of the systems will be done so according to specifications.
Indeed, an ongoing priority for Flutec has been to anticipate all possible
conflicts with other subcontractors in order to avoid unnecessary
and costly design changes.
